JW Cleaning was built from a heart to serve. Jen’s background in caring for others, along with her early experience cleaning homes to support her family, shaped the way this company operates today: with warmth, consistency, and respect.

Today, Jen leads operations and Bob supports the business with his experience, steady leadership, and commitment to both the team and the families we serve. Together, they’ve built a company where clients feel cared for and employees feel supported.

What the work is really like

Residential cleaning is meaningful work, but it is not easy work.

You’ll stay active throughout the day, clean multiple homes, follow clear systems, and maintain strong quality standards. Most days, you’ll head directly from home to your scheduled jobs, work independently, and stay connected with the team through our systems and mobile app.
